Help with Oto, the app for recording and sharing motorcycle rides.

Email support@rideoto.com. We read every message. It helps to include which iPhone you have and what you were doing when something went wrong.
In the app, tap the feedback button at the top of the Feed, or take a screenshot anywhere and tap Send on the note that appears. Either way, your message reaches us with your phone's details, so we can see what happened.
2. Common Questions
My sign-in code didn't arrive
Sign-in works with phone numbers in the United States and Canada for now. Check the number, wait a minute, and tap Resend code. If it still doesn't come, email us from any address with the number you're using.
A ride says "Waiting to upload"
Rides upload on their own when your phone has signal, including after you leave the app. Until then the ride is safe on your phone, which keeps every ride you record. Opening Oto on Wi-Fi usually finishes it. If a ride is stuck for more than a day, send feedback from the app so we can see why.
I reinstalled Oto or got a new phone
Sign in with the same phone number. Your rides, photos, bikes, privacy zones, and settings come back on their own.
How do I hide where I live?
Go to Settings → Map privacy. The start and end of every ride you share are hidden (0.2 miles at each end to start with), and you can add privacy zones around places like home and work, or hide your maps entirely. You choose who sees each ride: Everyone, Followers, or Only me.
Who can see my speed?
Only you. Top speed, lean, and acceleration stay on your own ride pages, and there are no speed leaderboards. You can stop recording speed altogether in Settings → Record speed.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap ••• at the top of a ride, route, or rider's profile and choose Report. Block is in the same menu on a rider's profile. To report a comment, press and hold it. You can unblock riders in Settings → Blocked riders.
How do I export or delete my data?
Go to Settings → Your data → Export and delete. Export gives you every ride as a GPX file and your photos in a zip. You can delete all your rides, or your whole account, which removes everything from our servers. See the Privacy Policy for more.
